Consciously Holistic provides naturopathic health coaching to clients, using a combination of tailored nutrition, movement and lifestyle adjustments in order to reduce unwanted symptoms and improve overall health and wellbeing. Our aim is to discover the root cause of a client’s issues and offer personalised education and support to empower people to make sustainable and long-lasting changes to their health.

We will never sell your data to external marketers.
Data Retention
We will retain your personal data for as long as is reasonably necessary in order to provide you with the services you have requested, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to respond to complaints and defend legal claims.
Professional industry bodies and insurance providers recommend that we keep consultation records for up to 7 years. This information is stored securely on an encrypted database via Google Workspace.
International Data Transfers
Our Website is hosted on the Wix.com platform which, as per Wix's website, uses servers all over the world to store information, including personal data. This means that your personal data may be transferred out of the UK.
